1. Definitions

Platform refers to the AIQualifyon website, tools, and resources.
Services are live or on-demand training sessions.
Info Products are digital materials such as e-books or recorded courses.
Goods are physical merchandise.

2. User Obligations

Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms while accessing or using any feature of AIQualifyon.

3. Use of Services

Access to live sessions requires prior registration and payment. On-demand workshops become available upon receipt of payment.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full before activation of any Service, Info Product, or shipment of Goods. Payments are processed via secure channels.

5. Refund Policy

AIQualifyon applies distinct guidelines for refunds depending on the offering.

5.1 Services

To request a refund for a live session, notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method. You may also request to reschedule a session without additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. For on-demand sessions, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 30% of the content. Certain custom programs explicitly marked as non-refundable do not qualify for any refund due to preparatory commitments.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Begin by contacting our team. If a requested Info Product cannot be delivered as described, we will issue a full refund.

5.3 Goods

Physical merchandise may be refunded or conversiond within 30 days from shipment date when sent back in unused condition. Contact our support team to initiate the process and ship the items back to the address below. Once received and inspected, a refund is credited via the original payment method within 10 days. Shipping costs for conversions are covered by the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case AIQualifyon will cover shipping back. Clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or conversions.

6. Modification and Termination

AIQualifyon reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
